Objectives of the workshop

At the end of the workshop the municipalities will understand the requirements of an ICF, have a draft plan on how to approach their ICFs and know where to get resources to assist in completing their ICFs and IDPs.

Workshop Design and Approach

The design of the workshop is to have both rural and urban neighbours work together in the workshop to jointly assess what work and strategic approach is needed to complete the required ICFs within 2 years.
The Rural and Urban municipal neighbours will be put into breakout groups and use the ICF guide to help assess what work and strategic approach they want to take to complete the ICFs.
